Bucket Seats with Center Front Seat???

I started decoding my fender tag and it says my car came with Black Bucket Seats and also says it came with a Center Front Seat? Anybody know exactly what this means or if you have the same can you post a picture of what it looks like? My car currently has a bench seat in it.

Probably referring to what we call "buddy seat", a folding armrest which when pulled up, becomes the middle seat, sort of. Had one in my first car... my "buddy" at that time had a rack & she wore a miniskirt...

It makes the two front buckets in to a bench seat, or fold down arm rest... I have that in my car I will try to remember to look for a picture..

I have buckets with a console right now. I'm converting to a 4 speed, removing the console and adding a buddy seat. I like having an armrest.

They pop up on the forum. I got mine here a few months ago. Just make sure when you buy it that it comes with the brackets you have to weld in. Those are harder to find than the seat.

They are not to hard to find. I bought one on this site a couple months back with brackets for 75$
Keep your eyes open and you can get a decent buddy seat with brackets for a reasonable price.

I would need the whole setup with the bucket seats as well. I am not restoring my car so I don't have to have it but I think it would be cool to have...

I just read somewhere that the mounting brackets are reproduced....$200 per set and must be welded in
