bumper emblem....flat or gloss?

72 Charger bumper emblem. The red and black look flat but i don't know if it's because of oxidation. I want to repaint it in the correct factory colors. Are these flat, semi-gloss, or gloss? And what's the best choice for the red? thanks

Satin black in my opinion. Semi gloss and gloss with be to shiny.

The correct red might be hard to find, I believe it was a colour that was available on A100’s, don’t remember the code. Someone is reproducing them, but don’t know if the colour is correct. Some model paints might be close.
