Bushings Vendor Help

I am having a hard time finding common names or locations to buy a few bushings. According to the service manual I think I am looking for a torque shaft Assembly seal. I have uploaded a picture of a full assembly and circled the seals or bushings. Does anyone know where I can purchase these at?

Also there is a seal or bushing that is on top of the selector shaft I cant seem to find. I have the bottom seal that is leaking I am about to replace. I was hoping to knock out all these when I am already replacing parts.
