This is a 500 CID. Dad had a new '68 Cadillac Brougham 472.

Unfortunately 500's are hard to find. Crushed long ago n a lot were put into gm trucks to replace old engines. They made huge torque at low rpm n were great for towing. Bolted right in.

I just sold my Class A Airstream that had that engine in a Workhorse chassis. The thing was a monster. She pulled my enclosed race car trailer like it wasn’t even there.
