The current fee for a Paypal transaction is 2.9% plus thirty cents (or $154.65 for these valve covers by a U.S. purchaser). For under five bucks, keeping Buyer Protection is more than worth it. Good luck with your sale.

I don't know were you get you info but last time I had someone pay me with PayPal that's what it was 3.5 % . I quess I might not be perfect but I don't screw anyone. Don't forget shipping cost.is is expensive. Thanks for info.

My info is from the Paypal User Agreement I've relied on for 15 years since opening my business (which involves shipping my finished work all over the world). The vast majority of my customers use Paypal.

There are other instances where the fee is different (i.e., foreign countries) but I believe those depend on the funding source more than the transaction type itself.
