I am trying to ID a cam in my 440 RR. It is a mechanical flat tappet cam. I checked the lift at the valve and it's Intake .533", ex is .526". Usually the ex lift is higher . This has almost the same lift as a Comp cam, 294 S. The 294 has .525 lift, Int and Ex. Any ideas on identifying the cam> Short of removing it and looking for markings/numbers? I don't have room to put a degree wheel on the motor as its still in the car. Thanks!

Would a cam wear that much? to lose .030" of lift? This motor does appear to have been in the car for awhile. I'm going to check lift on another cyl today. Motor has good compression. About 180 on all cyls.
