This came out of my 450HP 1969 440 motor which was bored .060 and Crane roller rockers. I was unable to get any specs from previous owner. Any way to I.D. the grind/lift/brand? Also.......would it work in my stock 69 383 block?

1103 comes up to be a purple shaft cam but I cant find the other numbers could be a hemi grind or custom ?
