Pulled from a gen 2 426 Hemi.
Is this a crane cam or a comp cam?
Anyone still have an old catalog to tell me the specs on the cam?
Thanks

Im really just guessing but its fun to see what everyone thinks. I say it comp 268 intake and exhaust, 6* retarded, 108 LSA

The 'G' number is probably a serial number. Contact Comp to see if they have a record. The -6 is probably a tweak/modification to the lobe, ie the lobe has been modified [ maybe more lift? ] & this is the 6th tweak.

The Comp lobe # 268-6 is from the old HE hydraulic series.

268@.006, 218@.050, .302” lobe lift.

That cam is a single pattern on a 108lsa.

It’s a pretty small cam for a Hemi

It ran it like too. Thanks for the info. Confirms my suspicions.

It’s 10deg less duration than the smallest 426H cam in the Comp catalog(which is 278@.006, 227@.050, .320 lobe lift).
