Cam is installed advanced 2 degrees

Put a strap across the bump out I put on the timing cover to clear the cam button and bolt heads. Before I put the support strap on the timing cover, just by slightly nudging the cam against the timing cover several times the clearance would increase to the point of being out if spec.
