I posted a pic of the IBM card that Chrysler historical sent me (nearly impossible for me to read) as well as my fender tag. Vin is XP29H72119778 Thanks in advance.

It can be done but can you post a scan or any better picture of the IBM card? That particular picture would be very hard to read.

Sorry about that, I sent another but they are difficult to read. This one actually looks better than the email they sent. I did my best to clear it up. I also posted fender tag and vin to try and match up the numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I decoded mine. Make a larger copy and draw lines to separate the nine columns. Then figure out the numbers the punches correspond to and look them up on the chart. Look at the clean card posted for the categories listed on the side. Mine ended up just confirming that the options on the car were factory installed.
