institutionalized

the state or feds 'all think is just fine' to let them set up
Tent Towns & Homeless Encampments everywhere
in almost every
lefts rans inner-shittys all across the nation
no sanitation
shooting up & doing "you name it", all illegal drugs
out in public
hell 1/2 the cities supply the needles
defecating on the sidewalk
rape & battery constantly, assaults (like this story)
robbery, theft & crimes
you can name all of them
you name it, it happens there, all of them Homeless encampments
all across the nation's
inner-shittys
what happened to any sense of security ?
any semblance of Laws & Order ?
all our taxes paid for ?
(that's not a question/s it's a rhetorical statement)
yet the
so-called leadership turns a blind eye,
from the
top to the bottom
Most just want to
throw taxpayer $$ at it ,
they all allow that crap now
when a decade (2) or so ago, they'd been run out or institutionalized
&/or put in a
mental institution or professional drug &/or alcohol rehab facility
where they rightfully all belong
& they (so-called
leadership) never really solve any of the real problems, today
