Can someone ID this snake?

Holy crap Mike, I am gonna have nightmares! I have to admit the Blue Indigo snake is beautiful, but Jesus, I am creeped out! I lived in San Angelo for 13 years and I am glad I never saw a Blue Indigo while I was there!
Well not to freak you out but I think they are idigenous to your area too!
 
I understand the concept and the rationale, but that doesn't change my fear and disdain of them. Fortunately, all I have to deal with is an occasional garden snake, but they creep me out as much as any other you can name and I won't tolerate them. I spotted one the other day in a wood pile next to my garage. His days are numbered.
