can you retrofit head rests to bucket seats?

Was wondering if any one has done this? Adding head rests to non head rest buckets. There is a head rest rebuild kit would that work as a retro fit?

If you're talking '68/'69, yes, the seat frames are usually set up for headrests already. You'll the head rests and a kit such as this:

I guess the only way to find out about the frames is to take off the seat cover? or can you feel something that should be there?
