captive hood nuts

my 70 gtx. i took the hood off to put engine in and have not had it off since it came back from paint. engine in and went to put hood on and found that the captive nuts are striped and won't
tighten down. what is a good way to repair these? drill and tap larger or what. any ideas will be helpful. thanks

Yeah drill and tap would be your best bet I think. Make sure bolts are in good shape as well.
