Car P@rn

Had a few of the cars out yesterday for a photoshoot, and to put them away in their permanent spots for the winter. The yellow wagon will hopefully be getting a 440 transplant for next spring, it currently has its original and tired 318 2bbl in it right now. The purple 4-door sedan is also for sale if anyone is interested or knows anyone who might be interested….

Can't tell from the picture, but if that car has the same pewter interior, and a factory four speed, it's an incredibly rare combination, supposedly only 45 built. I've only ever seen two others on the internet, other than the one I owned. My old car, below, as it looks after I sold it. Near twin to the Demonstrator, with the addition of red lines. Square sticker was PA inspection decal, removed when I sold it.

The last special option in the CL range was the Charger Drifter (also available in panel van and utility). A $816 option, the Drifter was only available in Impact Orange, Sundance Yellow, Spinnaker White and Harvest Gold. The Charger Drifter sports bold side and rear stripes with Spinnaker White models featuring additional 'strobe stripes' on the bootlid. Engine options were again the 265 six or 318 V8, but the 4 speed manual was the only transmission option.
