There was a tail light option that replaced the two reflectors with new fin chrome with a vertical red lens that acted as a tail light. I have seen only one and it was on YT.

Now that's a proper car for an ALFA lover like me!!!....just a pity I would need to sell my house (and probably all the rest of my neighbours houses too!) to buy one...EDIT....the last one I can find that sold went for over $10 million!!!

1967 Alfa Romeo T33/2 Stradale Prototipo
The competition Alfa Romeo 33s starred in Sports Prototype racing for nearly a decade, eventually bringing the World Constructors’ Championship to Alfa. The 1967 33 Coupe Stradale used a version of the same V8 engine. This streamlined coupe, designed by Franco Scaglione, sits very low on the road, being less than a metre high. Only 18 examples were ever produced.
