Carb air cable location in firewall

This is a 69 Cornett I received to install engine and some items. I cannot find where the cable comes through for the carb air?
It has the twin scoop hood with the duct work attached to the underside,and I have the cable.
Looking through engine compartment, pictures I found where there is a factory indentation underneath and to the left of the voltage regulator, that’s where the cable comes through on some B bodies.
Owner says that it was inside the car under dash on left Don’t have the dash it’s getting painted.

If there's no hole, it wasn't an N96 car to start with... hole under the VR.

well…. that explains everything.
Owner said fender tag was gone, so apparently someone added the hood and put cable on wrong side of column, running it through an existing hole….thank you
