I have 2 pieces of cardboard attached to the roof on either side of the rear window, looks like it is there as a sound barrier, the headliner covers the top hal and it is secured by 3 plastic connectors to the pillar.

My question is, does anybody make replacement pieces, as mine are ruined or should I make my own?

Are you talking about the sail panels? On 73/74 SEs they are cardboard and usually covered with headliner material. There is also a cardboard panel underneath the sail panel, for sound and weather protection. The sail panels are available from several sources, here is a set listed on eBay.

I have never seen any repo's of the other cardboard.

No, not the sail panels.

They are behind the sail panels.
