Carlisle Tent Activities 2025 - Volunteers Needed!

Pete had his hair in a pony tail. I half expect it to look like this when he lets it loose....

Oh effing no,FBBO rules clearly state in section 2 paragraph 7 you are not king until you have officially been crowned in a ceremony of your peers! As far as I effing know there is only one King! Long live the King! He wasn't the King,he was the royal taster, and when he didn't drop dead,I enjoyed my Lobster!

The wife and I just made it home. We had a great time, but there is nothing better than that feeling when you get home. Cheers everyone.

Absolutely.
The vacation is great but unless you are homeless, it is great to be back home.

We just got back this evening; we spent an extra day in PA and used it to visit Gettysburg. I love exploring American history and Gettysburg was a wholly worthwhile and sobering experience. The enormity of the battlefield is staggering to comprehend as you're driving around and through acres of land that were killing fields just over 150 years ago.
Back to Carlisle. What a fantastic experience. The sheer number of vehicles on display was sensory overload. California has the reputation as the hot rod capital of the US, but Carlisle blew away any car show I've ever been to.
But the FxBO tent made the show. It was a pleasure rubbing elbows and chatting with the many Mopar maniacs in attendance. It was great seeing Hawk and Barry again after all these years. For those that may not know, Maria and I were honored to have Hawk and Barry as guests when they rode cross-country in 2015. You guys haven't aged a day in 10 years.
A big shout out to @Pistol Pete and his wife Ruth for the five star banquet that they prepared.

Boy, Dulcich is tall. I'm 6'1" and he towers over me.

Yeah, it was hot and muggy.

We'll be back again.

Glad you folks are home safe and that you had a great time. Welcome back any time!

A huge shout-out to Hawk, Pete, Ruth, Barry and all of you that (once again) took the extra time, effort and expense to make sure that everyone had a fantastic, memorable time!

I showed up with a friend who had never been to the show, much less the FBBO tent. He was warmly welcomed by all of you. Kudos!

Tommy
