This is a Carter 3860SA AFB Carburetor for the Mopar 1965 426w,
and I believe they were also used on the 383HP Police engines.
It is missing the some of the choke and linkage parts, and the
secondary butterflies are stuck. It has been sitting on the shelf
for many years, so it will need a rebuild, and the missing parts
replaced. Numbers on the base are 3860SA D5. I will include the
throttle stud and nut for an auto trans as well as the stick one
that's on it now. $75.00. Local pickup, or buyer pays shipping.
