Hey, I have a Carter AVS 4640 SA that's been in a box in my garage for a while. While clean, its missing some parts and hasn't been run in a while. A core.

Pic of the number stamped in the carb? Never seen a 69 carb with an electric choke.
 
You can add the choke parts from a kit or a donor carb. Not original to that carb.
