Charger upper door pad medallions

I'm installing new upper door pads on my 69 Charger. The new ones from Legendary didn't come with the medallions. How do I remove the medallions from the factory pads and install them on the new pads? TIA

On my 68 I carefully drilled off the edges of the medallion pins that is clamped on the pad metal. Then used a small punch on the pins to knock the medallion out of the pad.
Then I used a really strong silicone glue over the pins and centered it in the new pad. Added a small ball of glue over each pin on the back.
