I had some money left over from a side job so I thought it might be nice to do any future trans R&R work standing up instead of on my back. Earlier this year I installed a 2 post lift. What a great time saver this thing is! It is amazing how much easier it is to do stuff while standing instead of rolling in and out from under the car.
My 75 Power Wagon is a 4 speed model and I am converting it to a 727. The 203 transfer cases they have are dang near solid iron and weigh almost as much as my fat ex wife. The trans jack will really help. The jack is due here in about a week.
This is one of those tools that you hope that you don't need BUT it will surely make trans swaps faster and easier.
