Never heard of this by Studerbaker from early 60's. Seems to have perhaps inspired the first generation Chargers styling ?
 
Yes I think a few things were "copied"
Front grill, seats, rear bumper and emblem in the trunk lid sure look very similar

The hood and trunk emblems sure look like DODGE fratzog .

That car is in the Petersen auto museum in LA California. I took many photos of it September 2022.

If you look at Carls original wish list, he also wanted the emblem in the hood, but Chrysler didn't go for it, that and a number of other things on the list.
I see the full width tail light on the Buick too.
