SEEN THIS DOWN IN NEW RIVER N.C. FIGURE HES GOT OVER ZEALOUS TEENS THAT HAVE SMASHED HIS MAIL BOX ONE TO MANY TIMES

They're not smashing that one!

The teens around here are too busy playing video games or too lazy to smash mailboxes anymore.

Figured it would take the IQ of an average GM EDIT: Corvette* guy to think that a cast iron big block Chevy intake, heads, and headers would stay put on top of a tin mailbox (with the help of big struts welded to a tin base!).

If the postman has any sense, he won't stick his hands in this one...

*Look at the mailbox door.

That's the most practical use of a Chevy I've seen yet.......

i'll be damned. That actually is a big-block, isn't it? Award for 'Best Use Of A 396' (with a Cragar assist)

Dispose of the fiberglass surrounding a 3rd-gen Vette and you expose the dirty little secret: The birdcage is really made from mailboxes that GM bought in bulk from ACE Hardware.

Interesting idea, not very well executed
