I've got a choke thermostat that I got off a bone-stock '72 440 with a Holley 6610-1 carburetor. $75 + shipping.
fyi- I've got the carburetor too & picked it up for my buddy's (gulp) 350 Chevy, so if you really need a 6610-1 Holley 600cfm swap me a different 600 vac. secondary Holley in equal/better shape and I can help you out.
