choke wire on edelbrock carb

i bought a 70rr with an edelbrock carb 1405 and the choke does not work.it has one wire going to the choke selinoid which is a blk wire that is grounded to the carb its self.the other wire tab on the selinoid is where another wire goes but none there.where does the wire that goes on that tab come from and what color
 
MoPars never had electric chokes back then so you will need to supply a hot wire from the non coil side of the ballast resistor. Or another source that is only on when the key is in run position (not ACC either).
