Isn't it the average age of death for men in the US?
There was a time I new the correct answer. I think in Canada it is 78 for men, and 80 for ladies. The US is a bit lower, maybe one year, or possibly 18 months. The US numbers went down during Covid, which is why I am a bit fuzzy on the subject. And I did not renew my licence at my age 72.
I will be 80 in 026 and have a lot of plans. So anyone dying younger than me seems like a loss.
