'Chrome' paint

One thing I noticed with Molotow markers/paint is that you cannot touch it...ever. I did my rings around the gauge bezels and they look great but you probably cannot use it anywhere you will be touching. It dulls the finish if you do and the finish never really hardens like paint. Easy to touch up though on the dash area if needed.
I certainly wouldn't touch it within a day or so of application. Even weeks if you can stand it. It really depends on how heavily it's applied. Directions also state to wait at least 24hrs before second application (if necessary).

I just see the misting application as a subjective thing. By the time you get the feel for it you will have spent big bucks on product. Still, though, it's cheaper than getting the thing rechromed . Might give it a whirl..

The arm rest. The chrome base plate can be rotated 180°. Being on the bottom side it often doesn't have the wear and discoloration that the top side does.
yeah, thanks, I figured it out after awhile. i'm not the sharpest tool on the shelf sometimes...lol. I thought it was a remark about bumpers....
