Chrysler 300 Hemi?

Guys,
Has anyone taken the Hemi and tranny out of a Chrysler 300 and put it in their B body Roadrunner? I know some may think it wrong to start but I wondered and wondered if you could take the whole front end steering/suspension too?
Reason is, I have a line on a 2006 that is cheap but the body is shot. What are people’s thoughts?

You talking about a 2006 or a 1955+ model ? Either way a suspension swap is not feasible.
The 50's cars had a full frame and the 2006 would require major surgery to transplant the suspension. Anything is po$$ible if you want to do it.
