Chryslers at Carlisle

So I've been going to Carlisle every year since they started the Chryslers only meet. Is there any one place that's a big hangout at night? We do the usual cruise the hotel parking lots but have never found one spot that has a big group of Mopars. I thought there may have been an "anti-cruise" law in Carlisle so I'm wondering if everyone goes somewhere else at night.

Each hotel usually winds up with a mini car show each night and its not too hard to talk with fellow Mopar lovers.

My club wound up in West Harrisburg this year for some reason ($$) - I just hope there is a good parking lot scene there.

Mid Ohio Mopars will be at TownePlace Suites, Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg on Ritter rd

We start things off on Thursday by attending this:

the fun starts on Thursday with the Kick-Off to Carlisle party hosted by Mopar Rebellion. It is held at an ALL NEW location, the Carlisle Expo Center. The expo center is a few blocks west of the fairgrounds and is easily accessible by foot. If driving to the kick-off, you can input 100 K St., Carlisle, PA 17013 into your GPS.

The Kick-Off features inexpensive food, music, great Mopars and more. It is free for participants and spectators! There’s no judging – just fun with well over 400 cars. Keep an eye on the weather. Its been a rainy summer for this area. Next week is looking iffy. Have to wait and see what happens. May not be blistering hot, but the field could turn into a quagmire.
