(If already/ previously posted my apologies)

Original owner was 16(!) and special ordered it in Hazen, ND...dealer wasn't taking him seriously at 1st. Owned a bit over a year, got married, then sold it to cover move costs to AZ. Sold to a friend, he eventually lost track of it after a few subsequent sales. Spent years searching... eventually found at a classic car dealer in CA. Learned it was last owned by actor, David Arquette. He ultimately buys it, and now has his car back. So for those looking for 'their' car, don't give up(!), it CAN happen.

I wasn't able to get that link to open, but looked at the KFYR news website and found the story:

Let's see a 16 yr old go into a dealer and be allowed to test drive a new car today! ANY new car...
A buddy and I went into a new car stealership and drove a 'slightly used' 440 Charger RT. We were both 17 but I looked like 15 lol. My friend drove and I rode in the back seat when Robert got on it on front of the dealership and let some smoke out of the tires. Sales guy didn't say a word. Heck, too many teens were going to look at cars back then and then bringing their dad's in to buy. There wasn't many 'older' people buying those cars back in the day and the dealers knew if they didn't let us drive them, we would just go somewhere else.
