Classic industry not sent finished orders

Im not happy with classic industry.. it seems like i have issues with every other other at best.. this one im going through now is more a warning to others.. why not order directly from legendary Auto interiors themselves ?? I ordered through classic and as always it just classic taking the order and classic orders from legendary?? I wouldnt care accept now after waiting the several months leading time whit no calls from classic i called legendary myself to find out the order was completed several weeks ago?? Of course i asked if they can send my order and of course they can't see who it is for ,it's just set for pickup from classic? ( what legendary is telling me ) now i call classic and ask when are they going to pick up my order from legendary and that i called and it's done and been done for weeks. Classic tells me impossible.. they don't pick up from legendary , legendary sends once done.. i call back to legendary and they assured me that classic indeed does have a truck and picks up their orders ?? So .. again back to classic and around we go again.. no we don't pick up legendary sends?? That was two weeks ago and i went through it again a hour ago today.. legendary confirmed yes the have a xx in white for a coronet set for pickup from classic finshed on March 03 call classic and now once again told im to wait for a call back!! NO QUALITY CONTROL !!! NEVER AGAIN!!! NEXT TIME IM CUTTING OUT THE MIDDLE MAN ( CLASSIC INDUSTRYS)

As a stocking dealer for Legendary Auto Interiors, we place bulk inventory orders that are palletized and shipped to us via commercial freight carrier as soon as our order is ready. We do not send trucks to pick up orders directly, so it sounds like there may have been some miscommunication regarding the pickup process.

That said, we completely understand your concern about the delay and the conflicting information you’ve received. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I am not the guy that likes to bash companies unless they actually do deserve it.
It is quite possible that employees at each company are not as informed as they should be and that some discrepancies in policy can exist, making it seem like SOMEONE is lying or at least misleading/shifting the blame.
When a company representative takes the time to respond, we should at least hold our criticism a moment while things play out.
I'm quite willing to be a loudmouth when their efforts turn out to be platitudes or lies but until I know more, I'd stand fast and see.

UPDATE: I to found it strange that legendary wouldn't be the ones sending it once order was completed ? That would make most sense?? But makes no sense legendary to lie about it if legendary is telling me its finished weeks ago , if its not finished its not finished... so im just telling the situation I was going through . Im here to say since this post and the managers have got involved im told my backorder has been sent this morning. Classic industry has waved shipping and has expedited my backorder on top of the 20% they have going now.. so Im here to publicly say THANK YOU to the managers that took the time to put the effort into listeningand getting me my order. It does seem that it was most likely employees of both companies that for some reason made things difficult and its a shame because employees represent the companies they work for.. i will say that in the couple weeks i was going back and forth between companies any time id asked to speak with a manager or someone higher up i was met with resistance .. i actually threatened to go to every car site im part of if i couldn't talk to that someone.. it shouldn't have to come to this to get a little quality control ?? That's all im going to say as I don't want to come across unappreciative for making it right.. thank you!
 
I agree. It sounds like Legendary was filling a pallet or a truck that would be worth sending to Classic, instead of sending individual orders each time which cost a lot of money.
I agree .. if true then legendary reminds me of my ex wife.. just has to lie to lie?? The truth would do? Sure I'd not be happy , but wtf. If your going to make up a lie just say its not finished ?? Why tell me they finished it on 3/3/26 And just blame classic for the delay ??? If im being honest it still would make sense to cut out the middle man ( Classic ) would legendary ship it out in a timely manner if it was all on legendary?

Did Classic give you a discount? Only on the weekends and only online, Legendary Auto Interiors has sales.
