WTB clevis pin and clamp for 68 or 69 parking brake lever

clevis pin connects the parking cable to the foot lever mechanism see pic below. the pin goes thru the two holes. thanks

Does anyone know where you can get the grommet for the handle? I have pulled my parking brake lever and getting it cleaned up. Noticed that a lock washer had been placed on the shaft to prevent the spring from coming through the handle hole. Maybe even a rebuild/restoration service? I can probably find something to fab if not available. Any help appreciated. 67 GTX. Thanks.
