No, not in line. I sold a set about 10 years ago for $600, and I'm sure inflation has raised the price, but not that much.

I know this guy. A friend found a rare 70 GTO 4 speed ram air IV, he then tracked down the matching number engine in Indiana. The guy that wrote that Ebay add bought the car from my friend..flipped it and resold it with no engine, adding the engine to his collection. I know it was his at that point to do with it what he wanted...but still..in the dictionary under ***-wipe..there is a picture of him! I've been to this guy's place several times..he is one of those guys that everything he owns is Gold, if you own it.... junk!
