Bah, 26 dead out of a population of 11 million in the outbreak city. Hopefully this turns out like SARS, Avian Flu etc... which all proved to be a bust. 750+/- dead from SARS? Big deal in the grand scheme of things. Seems to be a little bit of fear mongering going on. Though if you're old or young or have a compromised immune system, maybe take care. Why though, do most of these winter flu's originate in China?

Yes, very easy to say. I find it interesting that such a panic is being stirred up on this by the WHO. 1000 cases confirmed in China? Out of how many people? Jesus, how many people have pneumonia in the USA right now? That's going to kill 50,000 people this year, just in America (49,157 in 2018). Anyways, now to put on my SARS mask from 2003...

Oh, and as I had said, if you are old or very young or have a compromised immune system, then take care.

Just staying away form the sick can be trying. When young it did not bother me. Now its not the case. Just being out in the cold to long or lying on the cold ground to work on something can be asking for problems. So yes by all means keep this in China if we can and quarantine all those that get it here.
