Correct Fan for a 69 383????

I do not have a fender tag or a build sheet for my 69 Sport Satellite convertible
I do know the car has PS/ PB auto and a 3.55 sure grip
and a sway bar in the front end so I am going to assume it had the
performance axle package
which fan assembly (part numbers would the engine have come with?)
the motor came with a summit flex fan so I'll assume the previous owner could not find an affordable substitute for the hemi fan clutch
I was able to find a part number in parts catalog
2863 223 for the fan and
2806 070 for the fan clutch
are these numbers correct?
does anyone have a pic of the fan?
English town swap next week and Carlisle the week after
Thanks

I have a complete '69 383 4bbl engine from a Coronet wagon with A/C. I can take a pic of it on friday when I'm at the garage. I'll look for part numbers..

Not to try and confuse you, but I pulled a 69 383 out of a "barn find" '69 Sport Satellite and it had a 7 blade fan without a clutch. Yep- 054 26" radiator w/ shroud, no A/C, and a 7 blade fan with about a one inch spacer behind it and bolted straight to the water pump.

I pulled this motor years ago and put it on the engine stand and forgot about it. Recently, I began collecting parts for an A12 build and thought for sure the engine I put on the stand years ago had a fan clutch. My memory faded over time and I realized after looking at it, that I now have to find an 070 clutch.

This car that it came from was a one owner deal down to the original hubcaps. I doubt it was swapped out and the fan and spacer is all Mopar. So, just putting it out there that it seems that other cooling configurations were installed on your year/ model car.

If you have a 216 fan and 070 clutch and would like to consider trading for my setup, let me know.

Here's a pic of the fan and the fan part #. No numbers on the clutch...
