Correct paint for 1971 Ramcharger Hood air cleaner baseplate?

Good morning:

The baseplate to the air cleaner for my 1971 Charger with Ramcharger (air grabber/440) hood needs a new paint job. It is black obviously, but I cannot tell if it is semi-gloss, satin, or flat black, or something else. Anyone have any suggestions/insights as to what precise color the factory paint was for this part, and what brand paint you recommend to use for this small job today?
