I believe these were pulled from a 70 Cuda but they are going in my 70 Bee. By looking at my hinge covers can anyone tell me the correct seat backs to purchase and who to purchase them from?

The seat backs for 70 cudas are the same as the ones in the 70 B bodies.
If they're turning to dust on the surface, you can take a scotchbrite pad to them then repaint. Unless the oxidation (pretty sure the dust is a result of oxidation) is very deep, the grain should still be visible.
