Couple of Questions

Will a 64 steering column bolt into a 65?And are the steel dash shells the same for a 64 and 65 Belvedere only diffence being the guage clusters,heater face plate and push button on the 64.Basiclly what I'm asking is,will the 64 chrome plastic pieces and guages bolt int a 65 dash.

Dash is the same. The column will bolt in, however I know the shape of the hole in the cowl is different depending on shifter linkage box for '65 auto column shift or 3 speed manual column shift etc. The metal shield at base of steering column at cowl would have to possibly be swapped from column to column. I have a '64 auto column in a '65 auto column shift car. Hope this helps
