Cowl replacement part

Hi,
does someone know where I can get the cowl for a 65 Coronet in ONE! piece? (orange area)
Or is there a manufacturer offering the passenger side as well.
I alreday have the driver side (black area) but need the passenger side (upper and lower as well.


Any ideas/pircutes on restoration process of this section is appreciated

Unfortunately no. You will have to find one from a donor car. That's what I had to do. I think a member has one for sale on here for 500.00 or something. Good luck. You need anything else? I have a 65 Satellite so some stuff will work on your car.

Jim Kramer or Joe Sachy sells aftermarket cowles for 64-65 B Bodies.

Kramer only has the drivers side in repop stuff. He may have a part car though.

thanks, I checked with Kramer and he has only driver side (upper and lower). Looks like it is also sherman parts. Also sent Joe Suchy a mail, askng what he can offer.

Welcome to the cowl repair club. I do know where there are some cars you can probably get a decent cowl from but previous experience with the folks leads me to caution you that they are VERY proud of their sheet metal.

Thanks for the advice. I have already found low qualtity from sherman which sucks for that price. I am just checking if there are better or complete cowls vs. what it will cost do have it done by a professional.

The sherman parts I have seen look like they were pounded out On a sand bad by hand.
Obviously not very good. 15 years ago if you needed a trunk pan you didn't have many choices.

Thanks happyjackdaddy, but I checked Hemi Eddy's offers at ebay before. He offers Sherman replacement parts which you can see looking at the parts sticker (upper cowl part n.a. atm). I already have the upper and lower driver side cowl as a sherman part which I bought at rockauto for $76.00.

It seems no-one offers the passenger side...

Yes both the upper and lower side, but not driver and passenger. Or am I wrong?
