Cragar drag star, How to get the center caps off?

I can’t seem to get the center caps out of my wheels. Do I need to remove the small hex bolts? I went to tap them out with rubber mallet and it just dented one… any advice? Thanks

To they pop out into the back? As in push them through with the wheel off?

Yea I assume that. I had the wheel off and tapped with mallet but they wouldn’t budge. I guess I’ll just have to be more forceful and maybe put something inside to hold the shape

I deleted my post because I wasn't sure about he allen head screws.
