Data tag decoding

I have an early production Nov/ Dec 1972 73 Charger SE 318 , There are two fender tags under the hood one with all the usual numbers and letters and one with a an (H) only that's it, anyone have an Idea what this is for ?

Since it's a 73, it's not from LA. Likely a Lynch Road built car.

The second tag would be a typical inspection tag. The punch just means someone did their job and inspected something, it passed and they put a punch on the tag.

Thanks, it was built at the Hamtramck factory
