Deluxe seat belts for a 1970 B Body

Looking for comments as to what the application for these is. Possibly for the rear seat area??

Were rear shoulder seat belts in 1970 Chargers uncommon in general, or just the deluxe ones shown in the picture?? 1969-2 date indicates super early production, possibly even a pilot or executive car optioned with everything to showcase what was available on the new 1970 Charger.

Uncommon in general. I have never seen a 70 B body with this option in the wild. Only a couple pics over the years. I am not certain if they were only available with deluxe belt option or both style belts.

They were available in both on 1970 E Bodies, so I was thinking that would be the case on a B Body. I've only ever seen an L.A. made E Body with them, and they were much more simple. That car was equipped with rear shoulder belts, but were the basic clasp type.
