Hi,I'm new here. I just joined this site the other day to try and find a 68 satellite sedan
I know this is a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone here bought this 1968 Coronet 4dr. It showed up about 2 weeks ago on Facebook and Offerup. It was in the San Fernando Valley. I wanted to buy it but the seller never replied and then the next day it was gone.
It looked like a decent car. 318,automatic with ac. Seller said it was a daily driver.Front end was rebuilt, had new brakes and tires. Only thing that didnt work was the gas and temp gauge. I was looking for a 68 or 69 Satellite, but loved this car,it was even my favorite color and wanted it for a daily driver. It was $3,900 or best offer.
Did anyone here buy it?

Just wait a few days... It will be advertised again on Facebook just twice as much.

You're probably right. Nearly everytime its a flipper that gets things like this. Or someone will use it as a parts car. I wanted it to keep and use as a daily driver..This one was a daily driver. The seller said the upholstery was redone that the front end was just rebuilt it had new tires new brakes, the Rally wheels the only thing that didn't work was the temperature and fuel gauge which is common. I saw it the same day it was posted and told him I wanted to buy it but never got a response. Two days later it disappeared. Someone else told me the seller bought the car off Facebook a couple months earlier for $1,000 and just got it running and flipped it.

At least that guy invested money and time for a small profit… The next time it’s seen will either be the same price minus the front end, decklid and dash or just as is for twice as much… Facebook flippers mostly have photos of the car still on the trailer and some even on the trailer at the gas pumps while heading home. lol
