Anyone know this Coronet from Michigan?

Friend in Michigan who used to work at Ford is interested in a 1967 Coronet 440. VIN is WH23F77118755. That seems fine as the seller says it was originally a 318 car but now has a 383. I pushed for a Fender Tag pic if there was one, and he gets a pic of a blue tag from a '70 Belvedere! Exterior paint doesn't look like a '67 color to me. Undercarriage looks like it was butchered with the engine swap. Seller is asking $33K. Before the Fender Tag, I told him offer $25K. After the tag pic, told him $20K! Any comments/help to provide him would be appreciated.

Looks straight, but all of the side trim has been removed, and the holes filled with something.

Does your friend from Michigan live close to the car in question? If so, just go look at it. It seems somewhat strange that the current owner/seller would send a pic of the fender tag for a 70 Belvedere if it's a 67 Coronet. Am I missing something here?
