I am putting a rally dash in a 1969 Dodge Coronet with a three speed wiper.

The coronet has a 2 speed wiper in it now with a standard coronet dash.

Can I use the linkage arms under dash from the coronet for the 3 speed?

Everything is the same except for the link that runs from the motor to the actual linkage mechanism.

I found this ..

accurate?

If you are doing a 2 to 3 speed conversion on a 68-70 B Body application, you will have to replace the:

wiper motor crank with part #2822273,
3 speed bushing part #2580200,
and a 3 speed switch part #2864014.

The rest of the linkage, wiring etc remains the same. If you find any information that you find contrary to what I have posted here, please contact me. While I’d love to say I have one of every model, I don’t, these numbers, etc. have been researched and/or put into practical application and duly noted…I’m not perfect and I’m always willing to learn!

Absolutely accurate. Would I steer you wrong? Two speed switch with a 3 speed motor will give you one speed and it will park only where you shut it off at. Same for a two speed motor and a three speed switch...one speed, only parks where you shut it off at.

Can't use your black two speed bushing on the 3 speed crank arm, can't use your two speed crank arm on a 3 speed motor, they don't operate the same and it will bind the motor, overheat it and then you have more issues.
