Just outer belts with the retractors... the inners are as far I know longer to go throught the seat. Thats for sure on 72 and lates. Not sure on 71s. Seatbelt design changed on 72.
72 and lates got in fact seatbelts with hard covers for the belt on female ends ( inners ). 71 didn't.
