Here's an Auto-Lite (Prestolite) MDT-7002 starter motor as originally installed on '60-'61 Plymouth-Dodge cars with the 225 engine. Also fits '60-'61 Valiant-Lancer with 170 or 225, Canadian '60-'66 Slant-6 cars; a variety of Australian, Mexican, and Argentinian Valiants, and US + Canadian Slant-6 cars, trucks, and vans originally equipped with any of several different direct-drive starters with 9-tooth drive pinion—ask me if you're not sure. Interchangeable with several other Auto-Lite starters including MDT-7009, MDT-6017, MDT-6016, and others; also with Chrysler- and Bosch-built direct drive starters. Probably works, but best consider it rebuildable. $25 + postage from Northern Michigan; send me a PM.
