Figured I share this with you guys.
Things you need:
One large water container.
wd-40 or similar.
Screwdriver, nail or similar to mark with.
Angle grinder
Welder
Marker
Flour
a level (optional)
two pcs of exhaust bends or what I used, over axle pipes (43 bucks)

1: First you level the water container top surface so it´s strait. Fill the container with water to the point where you like to cut the pipes. You will need to test without flour the first times to get it where you like.

2: Apply a light coat of wd-40 on the bend. ( so the flour can stick)

3: Sprinkle flour an the pipe and shake/ blow the excessive flour away. ( You don´t want too much flour)

4: Dip the pipe in the water for a couple of seconds. I rested the pipe at the top surface of the container in order to get the same result on both pipes.

5: Lift the pipe strait up and let the water drip of, now you can trace the outlining of the wet flour with a sharp screwdriver or similar.

6: Wipe the flour off and, if you want the lines to be more visible, mark the previous lines with a marker.

7: Cut it with an angle grinder.

8: Weld the two pipes together and you are done!
